Toniann is our Benefits and HR Manager. Whenever our Travelers have questions about their benefits, Toniann is their “GO-To”! Toniann brings 5 years of experience to our HR Department. She says, “In HR you can wear a lot of different hats, but my favorite is the benefits department. I love being able to help employees understand their benefits, as it can be a scary and confusing new world for some.”
In her spare time, you can find Toniann on the softball field, catching the Yankees game, or hanging out with her boyfriend and daughter, Layla, in Long Island, NY!

What do you like about your current role?
I love helping people understand their benefits because they can be confusing at times. But they are very important to have so helping people make sure they are secure in what they choose makes the benefit side more people centered for me! I actually was given the opportunity to learn the benefits side of HR when working at Long Island Community Hospital and fell in love with the role.
