Probably would not use this company again. Promotions have a lot of “fine print” so you probably won’t get anything

We understand that the relationship between a recruiter and a traveler is essential to a smooth and successful assignment. When your original recruiter left the company, we recognize this likely caused some disruption in communication, and we regret the inconvenience that may have caused.
Regarding your request for records, our policy is to protect sensitive information and adhere to compliance standards, which means we are limited in what we can share. We’re always happy to clarify any questions or provide as much transparency as policy allows.
We’re glad you had a positive experience with Angela, and we appreciate you calling that out. Though she wasn’t your original recruiter, she made it a point to step in and support you the best she could—and we’re happy to hear that came through.
In terms of our End of Year incentive, this has been a tradition we’ve proudly maintained for the past five years. The criteria have always been straightforward: complete 13 weeks or 468 hours on a contract. We make every effort to be flexible—overtime hours count toward your total, and if you’re unable to meet the hours during one contract, they roll over into your next extension or assignment with us. These terms are clearly outlined in the addendum that accompanies the promotion.
I hope you do consider rebooking with us again as the 377.70 completed hours from your last contract will carry over. Thanks again for sharing your feedback and we do hope that we get an opportunity to work with you again.
