Our Story

Guiding Your Every Destination

Our story began in 2009 when CEO Healthcare served the hospital systems surrounding Charlotte, North Carolina. After proving itself locally, the team rebranded the company Go Healthcare Staffing, Inc. in 2015 and began solving nurse staffing needs on nationwide scale.

The company expanded its focus to meet the demand of healthcare providers for temporary  contract professionals as well as the increasing popularity of “travel” as a lifestyle choice  among Nurses, Therapy and Allied Healthcare Professionals.   Featuring the word “Go” in the new name was inspired by the celebrated Dr. Seuss children’s book Oh the Places You’ll Go and captures the spirit of those who seek travel and adventure.

Our goal is to help you enjoy the journey of a career filled with variety while consistently advancing your career in patient care. We’ve put together an amazing team of staffing experts who truly understand the travel healthcare industry. Every Go Healthcare team member is dedicated to ensuring you find a rewarding assignment and continue on a successful path, wherever that path takes you.

Today, the Go Healthcare team specializes in securing travel assignments for Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, and Therapy Professionals across the country. Travelers are the heart of Go, and the most valued members of our company.  We remain committed to these Seven Key Principles to ensure every relationship is a win-win for everyone.

  1. Treat everyone with respect.
  2. Appreciate the job you do as a traveling health professional.
  3. Listen with compassion.
  4. Accept responsibility to resolve problems/issues when they happen.
