Joint Commission Credentialing Requirements

Go Healthcare Staffing is a Joint Commission Certified Travel Nurse Staffing firm. As such, we adhere to the Joint Commission’s credentialing requirements for each travel nurse that works with us on our assignments. Our Travel Nurses must provide:

  • Copy of RN’s Driver’s License

  • Copy of RN licensure (unless it’s a paperless state)

  • Physical within the past 365 days

  • Hep B Immunization or Declination Form

  • Front & Back of all RN certifications

  • Mumps, Rubella, Rubeola, Varicella- Immunizations or titers

  • PPD completed within past 365 days
